I'm Back!!

Aloha!
I have been unable to post lately because I have been very busy laying on the beach in Hawaii! Dave and I went with my family for a whole week to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday! What a way to celebrate! My parents were kind enough to pay for our airfare as part of our Christmas present, so it made the trip a little more affordable. Unfortunatly for Dave there was too much shopping to do so we still spent a fair amount! Anyway I have to let all of you know my gratitude for my wonderful in-laws who watched my kids so that Dave and I could really have a stress free vacation together! ( Also thanks to Scot and Kirsten for their help too!) Anyway so here are a few pictures from my trip, it really is just a few I took like 150, thank goodness for digital cameras!

The morning after we arrived in Hawaii, Dave and I woke up very early because of the time change and (okay I admit that I woke Dave up early because I had been awake for awhile!, He didn't mind being woken up in Hawaii though.) Anyway this is the sunrise that first morning, isn't is gorgeous?! This was taken in the backyard of our house that we rented, pretty cool!
This is us at the Hawaii Laie temple. It is beautiful! Unfortunatley we never made it to so a session but walking around was wonderful and as always there was such a sweet spirit there.
Yep, this is me learning the Hula at the P.C.C Shake those hips!! Dave enjoyed watching this!
This is what I enjoyed! We watched these guys do a show and the one next to me climb up the palm tree to get a coconut. It's okay to drool ladies, I know I did!

This is one of my favorite pictures of Dave and I at the Lua at the P.C.C. This trip was so great for us! It is so nice to just be yourself with no stress and for me not to be the mom/slave/maid etc.. Anyway, we really enjoyed it! We also toured Pearl Harbor, went snorkeling, shopping, swimming, hiked Diamond Head, etc. If you want to see more pictures just let me know I would be more than happy to share! Although it was such a wonderful trip it was nice to sleep in my own bed and I totally missed my kids like crazy! Although everytime I talked to them they were having so much fun. Well, now it is back to real life and it is so cold here! My feet do not enjoy being in such confined places! Well, have a great day! Mahalo!
